Investor’s First Services is led by Ms. Sonya Chowdhry, Managing Director - FranWork Brands Limited, a leading business consulting and franchising firm in India. After cutting her teeth in the business realm, Ms Chowdhry soon realized that there's a void in the corporate world that has to be filled with a unique mentoring and consulting platform for budding enterprises and corporations.
We at Franchise India try to understand your industry preferences & interests and then share respective company information, based on your interest, financial capability & property available, Franchise India Team evaluates and recommends suitable business opportunities. After doing due diligence, an application form is filled & forwarded to the interested Franchisor.
After approval from the Franchisor and you an official visit is organized to understand the business opportunity & Financials. All required information is then evaluated to take an informed decision which is followed by recruiting franchisee i.e Real Estate. Once both parties find the opportunity profitable, a final meeting is organized for sign-up.
A comprehensive appraisal of a franchisee by our expert advisory team, especially to Establish its assets and liabilities and evaluate its commercial potential and score Accordingly to guide adequately investor to know franchisees true potential.
Franchise India will advise on various legal aspects which are very essential before taking any franchisee, Agreements terms and Legal formalities and will help in completing Franchisee - Franchisor Agreement & other required documentation for a particular deal*

Integrated Services we offer:
For 1 year after signing up with a franchisee, Franchise India will provide dispute Resolution & Mediation services to the investor in case any dispute between the investor & Franchisee within the stipulated time period, provided if both parties agree to mediation by Franchise India.**
One Time Engagement Fee:
1.5 Lac + Taxes
15% of Franchise Fees or 3% of Project Cost or 4 Lac (1.5 Lac Engagement Fee will be adjusted) Whichever is Higher. 3 year engagement period
* We suggest the investor should hire a law firm as well as we are not a law firm & can only advise on critical areas relating to legal documentation of Franchise
** All cost arising out of Mediation will be Bourne by the Investor whose behalf we will be doing the mediation, Costs can include Man-hours spent, travel expense and any cost arising whereon from the arbitration.
